Widmer Brothers brewer Jacob Leonard shows you how to make a Big Pink Mule cocktail using our new, limited release Marionberry Hibiscus Gose. This drink inspired by a traditional Gin Mule, but we put our twist on it. The name comes from one of Portland's icons, the US Bancorp Tower, commonly called Big Pink. 2 oz Marionberry Hibiscus Gose 1 1/5 oz Gin 1/2 oz Mint infused simple syrup 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice Splash of soda Lime wedge and mint leaf garnish
