Elysian Brewing–Elk Frost Winter Ale

ElysianElkFrostHere’s your first peek at Elysian Brewing Co (Seattle WA) Elk Frost Winter Ale.  This is the half-keg version, but I’m not aware of any bottling plans for this beer yet.  The brew comes in at 8% ABV.  I suspect this may be a replacement or renaming for their Bifrost Winter Ale but so far no confirmation on how permanent this is or if it is a special one-off keg distribution so stay tuned.

    One of the best Dark Ales I tried this winter.
    Nicely balanced, not to hoppy. A little bit darker version of the Bifrost. A must try.
