Chip the Beer Guy – Wild Goose Pumpkin Patch Ale

Strangest ingredient you’ve ever had in a beer?  Today the guys talked about the Yards founders series Ben Franklin Spruce Ale as Chip’s oddest ingredient….and I’ll agree that the Ben Franklin Ale is odd, but Spruce is probably not the oddest ingredient for me.  I guess I’d probably vote for either Oysters, or the odd coffee bean that is actually digested by a wild civet cat, pooped out, and then used to make beer (and coffee)….very odd.

Today the guys tasted Wild Goose Pumpkin Patch Ale and everyone seemed to like it.  Not my favorite pumpkin beer, but interesting for sure.  Cheers guys.
