OK so I'll admit I wrote this ahead of time and I'm currently still out on enjoying the beers of the great northwestern state of Washington with Mrs. Beerbuzz. I'm sure we're still enjoying beers in our bellies, but this one was consumed much earlier so hopefully it's not still there (in my belly that is). So enough with the belly confusion.
This weeks beer is Abbaye d' Aulne Triple Blonde. This 9% Special Blonde Ale comes to us from Brasserie Val De Sambre in Gozee Belgium and includes the instructions to serve it "slowly." The beer was incredibly active (lots of bottle conditioning), and it had a very traditional Belgian yeast flavor.
PS My belly should be back on the right coast by this weekend...
